To promote emotional and mental wellness using evidenced-based psychotropic medication management for child, adolescent, and adult residents of Smithfield, Isle of Wight County, VA, and surrounding communities.

U. S. Navy Veteran, Nurse Practitioner, Owner
Dr. Allen provides services for older adolescent children as well as adult and geriatric clients.
Mrs. Laletha Shabazz, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Mrs. Shabazz cares for children as young as seven, as well as adult clients.
